In 2012 Karita was operated twice for the worst possible gradus IV brain cancer, with healing percentage of zero. A cancer diagnosis which gave her from few months to at most a year to live lead to a balanced and full life, dreams coming true and her life's work being discovered.

Karita believes that your body wants to heal itself if you just give it the opportunity. One cancer doctor's response encapsulates this all: “I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep doing it!”

Karita wants to prove that diet does make a difference. You can think yourself into health or sickness. It's up to you to choose. Will you fall into a victim mentality or take control? Your body has the ability to heal itself and it constantly strives towards homeostasis, or balance, if we just give it the opportunity to do so. It’s about programming our mind and the choices we make - daily.
